There is no best Intelligent Agency in the world not even CIA. All have there shortcomings but ISI is best when it comes to India, Afghanistan and Pakistan no one can come close to it

Destruction is easy prevention is difficult. ISI is a negative minded mean agency which like to promote terrorism.

Against India: ISI couldn't stop Bangaladeshi becoming free from Tyranic and rapist Pakistani Army (Remember Tikka Khan rape strategy? and Massive rape in 70s and hate for Bangla ppl). IF ISI was so effective then why they didn't see it coming? why didn't they fcuked Tikka and company when they were oppressing Pakistan (east Pakistani)?

1984: ISI hatched a plan to take shiachin glacier, They bought gears from UK vendor which RAW learnt and made flop show for Paksitan. ISI Failed again

1999: Kargil: ISI failed again and Pakstan was humiliated, PM went absconding..

ISI can only scratch (by sending terrorists and killing innocent Muslims(in 26/11)).



Against Afghanistan: CIA made Afghanistan hell, ISI just ate money (commission and bribe). ISI diverted money and became rich .

I think blaming ISI for terrorist activities happening in India, absolutely uncalled for, as all such incidents have been confessed by senior military and police officers of India. India should now accept the reality.

CIA agents killing people in Pakistan is an act of terrorism. So it is CIA which is a terrorist organisation. It has now been proved beyond doubt that CIA has been funding terrorist activities not only in Pakistan but in other parts of the world also.

The ISI worked WITH the CIA to take out the soviets in Afghanistan .The ISI made many militant organizations , even smuggled heroine into the soviet camps to destroy and withdraw the soviets from Afghanistan , the mission was a complete success and to this day; Russia hasn't noticed . The ISI has NEVER lost a single one of their hundreds of thousands of agents across the globe , never has the ISI been recorded on camera and it doesn't even have a website , that last part is important if you want to consider yourself a "secret" intelligence agency .

Many people , organizations and even governments accept that according to this criteria ; Pakistan's ISI agency is the most sophisticated most best in the world/# 1 . While it's enemy (RAW of India) is still on the eighth place , lost many to the ISI and has been recorded on camera numerous times.
