The Only way for ISI into that part of India is through Nepal and BD.

Nepal is already friendly to us.

1) BSF don't guard India-Nepal border but its SSB.

2) Nepalese can enter inside India anytime with their national ID card(no passport/Visa needed) and they enter through designated border posts instead of jumping though the fence.

By the way, I grew up with numerous Nepalese. Only Communists in their country are anti-India so that they can create more space for China even advocating scraping of the free movement of Nepalese in India. otherwise they are culturally/lingual similar to us.

It is shocking that the BSF personnel have been entering the Nepali side and giving torture to the locals. What are our border security force personnel doing, it is unknown. Those Indian security personnel are found entering Nepal with arms without any restriction. They are even killing Nepalis but the Nepal government has no reaction at all.

SItuation of Burma is improving of late.

Burma is moving well on the path to democracy.
