While I agree India does not seem to have concrete proof of ISI involvement, he certainly must have some information about some rogue elements. I understand his (or rather anybody's) comments does not hold much weightage in court. There might be some purpose behind it, at this point of time.

At this time coz in near future he is cuming to Pakistan and dont want to sit on talking table to solve our issues whenever we tried to talk and solve issues u ppl cum up with sumthing new without any proof .

firstly indians got to agree to either one of the following points:

1) ISI is to smart & cunning to carry out MUMBAI attacks without anyone finding out (if so then your theory of ISI left traces of its links gets busted how can an intelligence agency be so powerful and yet so dumb)!

2) ISI is dumb and got caught by leaving traces such as headley & kasab!! if so then they can't plan such a big attack and be succesful!!

What more 'proof' you need? Video recordings of the ISI planning attacks?

Headley was interrogated in front of his lawyers and US officials. So when the Home Secretary reveals this if not true, can be questioned by his lawyers.

Then there should be an official statement from a US court/judge whatever - otherwise we only have the Indian HM's word for it and absolutely no evidence to back it up, not to mention that even if Headley 'confessed' his statements need to then be investigated and verified.

The Indian HM could claim that Headley 'confessed' he was abducted by Martians after all - that does not make it true.
