on topic - indo china, china russia partnership is already there in some levels..if indo china border dispute i is over three of the countries(can make a bigger, better partnership.

then lets include pakistan in the border dispute settlement treaty........
options:
1. current line of control becomes permanent international boundary.
2. the part of kashmir which has muslim majority population on all side of border be made autonomous to some extent.
3. the whole of J&k plus azad kashmir plus gilgit-baltistan plus aksai chin becomes a sovereign nation.

how many of you will buy these options ?? got a better!!! idea please share!!

The Tibetan government "in exile", has been a useful political chip for your politicians.

You don't want to give that up, that's fine. Don't worry, we're not going to start hosting Indian separatist groups in retaliation.

India could easily have disbanded the Tibetan government in exile, and let them live out their lives in peace. Instead they found it "politically useful" to host and support them for over half a century.

The intentions are obvious. And it is useless for the Indian government to whine about how China should be more "sensitive" India's concerns, when they don't really want improved relations anyway.

Can you please, explain the bold part? India is not able to disband some organizations like Hurriyat. The leader gets in as member of parliament and takes all the facilities provided for a Indian parliamentarian and still wants secession from India. We are not able to do anything. Now explain me, how do you think India can easily disband Tibetan movement?

The Tibetan Govt in exile is an independent body and India can do nothing about it or else the UNHRC will raise Cain!

As per the UN Convention on Refugees, India cannot even deny them asylum!

Please provide relevent sources to support your claim. I don't think the Indian government said anything about Tibet not belonging to China, nor has other countries officially.

Chinese troops with their HMGs just swept across the tibetan plateau in 1950s. When they got their independence, they never had Tibet.
And I am extrapolating the chinese support for pakistan to the case of tibet here by drawing parallels with tibet and Kashmir issue.

whats pakistan's stand on Aksai chin......does that comes under your so called azad kashmir.....or its azad tibet.......noh!!! you can't say anything like that ....u can only.keep on harping about J&K of india and keep mum over aksai chin else china may not offer pak special chinese noodles fighters at discounted prices...."end of season sale"....huh??

I am unable to understand.................. Why we all the time try to look for some way to be friendly with China. When they don't want peace.

Why We try? Do we really need to? Is it because you guys (Only Indians) think we cannot protect our self from them? Even after there arrogant behaviors in past?

I mean, Why can we say and feel the truth that China is our Enemy. China will play all its Cards to Sabotage the Growth of India (many examples are there). they are great great friends of our biggest Enemy i.e. Pakistan.

Instead of proposing points for Peace Treaty.................... Prepare our Self To counter them. also let accept openly that they are our Enemy no.2.
