Is this India-China treaty possible????

No one is denying their right to exist. But existing is different from overthrowing a country or hostile actions.

If india want a treaty this mess gotta be cleared. Unless you guys want a tit-for-tat, say "a government in exile" against India for example. Maybe China will feel like to have moral obligation to help them too.

"government in exile of tibet" is an internationally backed organisation. They came into existence the moment china annexed tibet which lends them a credibility boost. Unlike china, india does not....(even if it wanted to) shut down "peaceful demonstrations". We are a democratic entity, we are not democratic if we deny them the right to express themselves. The moment any movement turns to militancy, government is allowed to intervene and suppress. Otherwise we cannot do a thing. Every militant movement is suppressed however.

You mean you don't want to do anything.

The Tibetan government "in exile", has been a useful political chip for your politicians.

You don't want to give that up, that's fine. Don't worry, we're not going to start hosting Indian separatist groups in retaliation.

India could easily have disbanded the Tibetan government in exile, and let them live out their lives in peace. Instead they found it "politically useful" to host and support them for over half a century.

The intentions are obvious. And it is useless for the Indian government to whine about how China should be more "sensitive" India's concerns, when they don't really want improved relations anyway.

allright, then go ahead and tell me......how will you justify suppressing a peaceful demonstration in a democratic nation? Hmm? Political chip my a...nvm...

^^ China has supported insurgency in North East in past and is still doing it. Most of the weapons with the militants comes from China. So stop claiming to be peace lovers when u are not

According to panchsheel agreement between India and China, no populated land will be swapped. This is the basis for talks between us.
As far as claiming aksai chin is considered, China never claimed it as their own.
And Primarily Tibet never belonged to China in first case. Neither during any dynasty that ruled nor acc. to religion. If China supports pak's claim on kashmir based on religion, then they will have to give up Tibet first. ( Hans or no way related to Buddhists)
They have to practice those things which they want others to follow first.
btw, this thread is bullshit.

Please provide relevent sources to support your claim. I don't think the Indian government said anything about Tibet not belonging to China, nor has other countries officially.

you are right, india does not recognize tibet as an independant entity.

Swearing already? I should have known that it was pointless even discussing it with you people.

To answer the topic, China and India will remain rivals.

And your government needs to stop whining and pleading for China to be more "sensitive".

CHINA and INDIA are enemies and will remain enemies...
we do not want any treat with CHINESE...

if you simply wanted assurance of rivalry, then be assured. Dragging tibet etc to justify this "rivalry" is pointless. We do not recognize tibet therefore a non issue. Sigh......the power would have shifted to asia had we remained on friendlier terms. But whatever...i hope one day you folks can see the light.

PS- you werent even in the debate until your last entry. Spew venom all you like....

Then you shall forever live in a cave. If you want to keep up with modern times, then you have to have some form of relationships with your neighbours.

Who cares about "Asian power"? What an ego trip.

What my country needs is development.

You can't help us with that, even your government asks our companies to help build your infrastructure.
