No one is denying their right to exist. But existing is different from overthrowing a country or hostile actions.
If india want a treaty this mess gotta be cleared. Unless you guys want a tit-for-tat, say "a government in exile" against India for example. Maybe China will feel like to have moral obligation to help them too.
"government in exile of tibet" is an internationally backed organisation. They came into existence the moment china annexed tibet which lends them a credibility boost. Unlike china, india does not....(even if it wanted to) shut down "peaceful demonstrations". We are a democratic entity, we are not democratic if we deny them the right to express themselves. The moment any movement turns to militancy, government is allowed to intervene and suppress. Otherwise we cannot do a thing. Every militant movement is suppressed however.
