Is Pakistan just an extension of North India?

Can someone here tell me at least 5 things which distinguishes Pakistan from north India?
I feel if I visit Indian Punjab or jammu or haryana, I need not visit Pakistan... Instead it is worthwhile visiting eastern India or southern India as they are linguistically and culturally much different than north.

No Pakistani culture is influenced by Pushtuns of Afghanistan. Very different from India.

While there are many things that are similar between Northern India and Eastern Pakistan there are still alot of differences which you will only notice if you visit the area. Western Pakistan is totally different, especially linguistic and cultural aspects of it. The western side is where you will find Baloch people and in North West you will find the Pukhtoons. Northern areas of Pakistan are some of the most scenic areas you will find anywhere in the world.

Ignore the hateful comments and come and visit them for yourselves.

My point was that Pakistan is influenced by Pushtuns right from Sir Syed Ahmad Khan starting AMU to Pushtuns who fought for Kashmir and Hyderabad (deccan) to Military leaders to like Ayub Khan to Scientists like AQ Khan to sportmen like Jansher/Jahangir Khan to Politicians like Imran Khan.

You cannot say the same for Sindhis and Punjabis of Pakistan. They did not influence much when it came to Pakistan.

On the other hand North India is very much influenced by Sindhis and Punjabhis of India.
