I seen Yoga work wonders for convicts too and drug addicts

How yoga is different than other exercises ?

Yoga is a combination of breathing, exercise and also switching of the brain to focus on the self (the inner you) all exercises are different in their approach for me I enjoy a good jog or a swim but yoga too helps me.

It is not. Yoga has no religion. Yoga has its origins in Hinduism and Buddhism but it like saying Modern Medicine or Science is Christian.
