Is it time to implement Mujib’s plan to bring Bangladesh and Pakistan closer?

Last time I checked, Quran wasn’t descended in Bangali or the Islam. All of you were worshiping something else at some point in history.

This @Tom-tom guy's sense of history is twisted and distorted. I bet most Bengalis have more Hindu past than the Pakistanis.

No I don't I have racial hatred. I have hatred of how things turned out.


For example in the 60's east pak /Bangladesh started seeing a promising rise in garment exports which would have been a boon for Pakistan. If west Pakistan put in the right polices . How ever west Pakistan made polices that killed . This may have been enough dollars to spend equally on its people.


East Pakistanis may have gotten the services they desperately needed. History could have been different, your pak elites have been breed to a premium to walk on all fours.


Your elites did it again, I rejoiced when imran khan came to power, he may have liked the juice. However Islamically speaking he would have been a ruler to have ruled in more fairer and just way then Pakistan has ever seen before- which is one of the requirements as Muslim ruler in a Muslims land.

But that is history and we should move on - because Bangladeshi Muslims don’t have any hard feelings - given out of a 250 thousand deaths only 25 thousand were Bangladeshi Muslims.

1. Effective joint military through a military alliance.

2. Most of our embassies housed in same buildings.

3. Free movement of people, goods and capital.

4. A central tax of 2.5% - to be used to fund relief efforts and mitigate natural disasters.

5. Extensive collaboration between universities.

I agree we Pakistanis wronged the Bangladeshi during 1971.

But Bangladesh should not have declared independence.

The hierarchy in Pakistan has never forgiven Bangladesh for that.

What good is this hatred?
Does it allow you to go back in time and change things?
It's doing nothing but hurting your mental state.
What is done is done and no one can change that.
What we can change is the future, you can either fill it with hate or you can make it productive.

Bangladesh declared independence after the military crackdown and trying to disarm Bengali speaking soldiers from Pakistan armed forces.

It was the brightest move. Pakistan armed forces started crackdown on their own civilians whom they were supposed to protect!

Rather they started murdering them. You would have done the same , if armed forces command was in Dhaka and they suddenly crackdown on people at the middle of the night!
