Did you not get answers to your questions yet ? You seem to be asking the same questions over and over again..

So, what exactly is the problem ? Is it memory loss, or something else ?

Yep, most cities in India are pretty dirty - there is lack of civic sense and the garbage disposal system is bad. Rural India is nicer and cleaner.

My suggestions is every Indian city build cow and monkey natural reserve.
