Ancient India has a lot to offer if one studies it academically.
The Indus civilisation is considered probably the first if not the very first civilisation. Along with the Sumerian and the yellow river valley of China.
Lots have been lost to evangelised monopoly on the issue.
Greek, Egyptian, Indus and Babylonian civillization are all older than the Chinese 1. Yet except for the Chinese, none of them survived the test of time.
If we follow China's official dated history, Chinese civillization is 4087 years old. If we go by Western definition, it is 3617 years old.
Thus, Chinese civillization is the world's longest and continuous(and counting on).
