When you have to literally live by making sure your citizens keep living in fear (We have to attack Iran coz it has nuclear weapons, North Korea for same reason, Al Qaedah for the twin towers, Russia for Cold war, Vietnam just coz we felt like it, Screwing Africa for its natural resources and many other....I dont believe that is greatness, when you only achieve it by instilling fear and suppressing others!


Had the Greeks and the Arabs followed by Persians not already figured out the basics of Mathematics, I doubt all that would be possible ....If such credit is being passed around it can be passed further up the chain!

Well ever since the 12th century, muslims have never had a great scientist or inventor. If you look at the past 200 years, almost every scientific advance was made by Americans, western Europeans and Russians.

And it's not easy going from a pythagoras principle and algebra to an alienware laptop. Give credit where it's due. In an alternative dimension where America and west europe hadn't existed, it would have taken us muslims and greeks 20,000 AD to get to an alienware laptop.

And Arabs didn't invent anything. Some 95% of all famous muslim scientists were Persians, Tajiks and Khwarezmian. The greatest muslim minds, Avicenna and Al-Beruni were both Khwarezmians.

Arabs take credit for everything with which they had nothing to do with. They try to claim credit for Salahuddin Ayoubi, who was a Kurd with majority of his soldiers being Kurds, Turks and Turkomans. They claim Tariq Bin Zayyad to be an Arabian, when he was a Moor. They claim to be responsible for Ottoman empire when in reality they had no part to play in its formation. It was always the mamluks and turkic race who led the muslims. The greatest muslim minds, Avicenna and Al-Beruni were both Khwarezmians.

Yes, Ottoman had nothing to do with Arabs and so did alot of others....But mind you back then people were not interested in Nationalism as they are right now (basically it was this nationalism that ended the Muslim empire- Everyone suddenly wanted to be called everything except a Muslim)...They worked in 1 civilization and worked for 1 civilization....Right now people are more interested in bringing the other down then forming something together! Hence why I didnt differentiate...

Apologies if my reply sounded too harsh. And Khokhars are both Punjabi and Pothwari. They are mainly found in Pind Dadan Khan region of Potohar and in Jhang in Punjab. The Khokhars who fought with Genghis and hosted Shah Khwarezm were based in Salt Range and Attock, hence they can be called both Potohari and Punjabi.
