Yes.I draw the limit at homosexuality and i won't apologise for it.Even more,the post i've quoted asked why no gays in churches.......That's why.Why would they want to get married in a church ? Go do it under an oak tree or something.

I think many things are open for interpretation as they're ambiguous and you can't follow them to the letter.This is not however,this is pretty clear.

The only thing that matters to me in this is that it was put to a referendum.
All laws that change social views & ways should be voted that way.

As for homosexuality itself, it is IMHoO a personal matter as is religion.
I won't condemn it nor will I condemn Flamer's opposition to it as long …
as both do not try to force it upon others.

On the Romans quote however, I'd have to say that Saint Paul is the most
problematic source in Christianity. A lot of what he purported is violently
reactionary ( which is his right as an opinion ) but also very different from
what Christ said which is another matter entirely.

In defense of Christianity, one can either cite Paul and those that followed
or …

take the Jesuits' approach ( as Pope Francis does for he is one ) and turn
to the commands of Jesus himself of which there are in the end only two :

Love God with all thy mind and soul
Love each other as I loved you ( up to giving your life for each other ).

Amin to that.Don't get me wrong,even in here i see priests preaching humility while they have somptuous villas,preaching abstinence while they have mistresses.In the end,we all have to answer,i just hope that my sins are redeamable for i know i have them.I just like to think that they're not that bad or that they're minor ones.Christianity can't be held accountable for the actions of some part of the clergy though.

Traditional values are under attack everywhere , the sanctity of marriage is among those traditional values.

A man putting his dick in another man's *** is down right filthy act and even if religious angle is put aside then it still constitutes misuse and abuse of the human body. Same for a woman + woman.

I don't know how this filthy behaviour can become acceptable in some societies to the extent that it can be equated with marriage.

The above verse shows homosexuality has been there for a long time and not a new phenomena...but it is something which should be despised

I don't get my idea or fact from TV shows

If people want to be married together and not have sex , thats their business , however they cannot try to make it norm for all of society

Its the same of for same sex relationships , disgusting as it is , it is their business to do what they do in the privacy of their homes but if they try to make it the norm then there will be opposition.

Marriage is a religious ceremony, for Christians the pronouncement is done in Church by a Priest , for Jews the Rabbi does the Seven blessings , for Muslims the Niqah ceremony is the religious ceremony

No religion , sanctifies same sex marriage so its strange that these people seek "marriage".
If at all such people have to be accommodated by the law then civil union suffices and there is no need to call it marriage.

They can go on doing their disgusting acts without calling it marriage , without involving children , without propagating their filth into educational curriculums and so on

Exactly,they're flaunting homosexuality like the newest trend in social life.I say "f... that!" ,i won't accept it as the norm.I won't stone you for it,i won't persecute you but i refuse to call it normal or to have it around me.I will never change on this.
