Iraqi pro-PMU protesters storm US embassy in Baghdad

Actually that should have been the best course of action. The US should have just contained Saddam and stopped there like they did in the first gulf war. That would have kept the region more stable and avoided many of the militias and fractured state we see today. As bad as he was it was far better to keep him in power and contain him than removing him completely and dismantling his regime entirely. That led to the current situation.
Same would have happened to Syria if we removed Assad. So it's better to just contain him and let him carry on ruling the country, at least there will be some sort of stability (even though repression will continue).

Yet people wonder why figures such as Osama bin Laden emerge when the west does everything it can to ruin our nations.

The American 'containing' policy in Iraq during the 90's actually crippled the people in Iraq causing 500.000+ kids to die due to the lack of medicine. I'm not surprised how people over there get radicalized.

Reason I said if the people want to remove their dictators they should shed their own blood themselves and sacrifice themselves to remove him . I know there will be massive casualties since these dictators dont hesitate to slaughter their own people just to remain in power. However I believe if most of the country rise up and sacrifice a couple of thousands or hundreds of thousands of themselves then they can achieve their objective of removing their dictators (be it Saddam, Assad, Mubarak etc) on their own. The issue here is that they didn't want to and were scared of sacrificing themselves in such large numbers(they knew how ruthless Saddam's Sunni led regime and military was) and so they had to plead with western powers to help them get the job done.

In 1991, George HW Bush called on Iraqis to rise up against Saddam. So they did, the southern and northern uprisings were massive. The US did nothing to help them, they stood by watching as the republican guard trashed them all. I'm not choosing sides here, i'm just showing you western policy and why the middle east has so much hatred for them.

Except when the PMU or Hezbollah achieve something you claim it has everything to do with u.

That's why in this thread I write Iraqi groups should not act on behalf of Iran's foreign policy, as can be seen now Iran remains quiet and is not going to risk itself in any way.

Any sane Iranian wishes to stay out of Arab affair. Only ones that meddle are some braindead morons seeking martyrdom.
