TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Iranian Foreign Ministry announced that the country’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif will pay a visit to Pakistan, heading a group of high-ranking political, military, law enforcement and security officials.
The ministry’s spokesman Bahram Qassemi said on Tuesday that Zarif plans to hold talks with the eastern neighboring country’s officials on ways to counter terrorist groups, particularly along the joint border areas.

Zarif will pursue the recent terrorist attack against Iranian border guards serving on the country’s southeastern frontier.

Zarif would also hold talks with senior Pakistani officials on ways to maintain security along joint borders and prevent terrorist groups from infiltrating into the country.

Earlier, Iran’s Foreign Ministry had summoned Pakistan’s ambassador to Tehran over an attack on an Iranian border post that killed 9 troops last Wednesday.

Qassemi said at the time that the Pakistani ambassador has been summoned to the ministry to voice protest at the cross-border attack launched from inside Pakistan.

The raid, claimed by the so-called Jaish al-Adl Takfiri terrorist group, killed 9 Iranian troops in a border post in Mirjaveh, at the southeastern province of Sistan and Balouchestan.

According to Qassemi, the Pakistani envoy was notified of Iran’s protest at the incident, and was told that Tehran strongly expects Islamabad to take “serious and substantial” measure to arrest and punish assailants.

On Thursday, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani sent a letter to Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif, calling on Islamabad to prosecute and bring to justice perpetrators of the attack

Looks like typical Indian news clip.. one sided baseless allegations.
Tasnim news is quite about terrorism in Pakistan, which has roots in Iran!

ISLAMABAD: Iran Foreign Minister Muhammad Javad Zarif is due to arrive in Islamabad today (Wednesday) to hold talks with Pakistani authorities over the recent border attack that killed nine Iranian border guards.

Iran’s state news agency IRNA reported that Zarif would discuss the situation arising out of the border attack with Pakistani officials.

The Iranian government is despatching its top diplomat seeking action against the mastermind of the attack near the Iranian town of Mirjaveh in the province of Sistan and Baluchestan.

Pakistani ambassador to Iran summoned over attack on border guards

Iran-based Jaish al-Adl terror group had claimed responsibility for the attack in a statement.

Pakistan condemned the attack and made it clear that the incident happened on the other side of the border.

Iran, however, is far from convinced as it not only summoned Pakistan’s ambassador but also insisted that Islamabad must take action against people responsible for the attack.

“The Pakistan government should be held accountable for the presence and operation of these vicious groups on its soil,” Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qassemi said last Thursday in a statement.

Iran-based Jaish al-Adl terror group

Afghan Taliban are Pakistan's problem.

Iran based terror groups are Pakistan's problem.

What's left? If cows stop urinating enough someday that will be blamed on Pakistan too (I guess).

Iran seriously needs to act mature, the attitude that deserves it, not some cry baby borrowed attitude from wanna be super power .......... constant bullying is getting boring now. Iran is not the first one and not the last one craving for Pakistan's attention, but hey you don't get any attention if you don't listen to someone's advice in the first place.

P.S: And please educate Iranian citizens a bit more about Pakistan, they have some serious delusions.

What Iranians are up to? I don't remember much visit of Iranians in just recent weeks to Pakistan? Pakistan should not bend her back at all...Iranians deliberately, as all their media is state controlled, tried to shame and humiliate Pakistan by their media propaganda...

Look at this gem...Must admire their courage/stupidity if they are thinking this way.

Why no body from our government visited Iran to discuss 3 IED attacks and killing of Many FC personal in last month by network operated by Mama Bugti from Iran. I am quoting only incidents of last week of April.

Complete Balochistan problem is the result of safe heavens of BLA, BRA BLNM in Iran. They are getting everything from Iran soil. Who is sending packed ration to ferrari camps near Iran border. Pakistan government should collect facts from relevant institutions if foreign office don't know. It is an opportunity for Pakistan to assert Iran and demand all terrorist leadership alive or dead. Tell Iranian next time before coming on meeting give mama bugti alive or dead.

.
While the cat is out of the bag, Pakistan should discuss UB and RAW activities especially KY episode with Irani FM and let him hit with realities- terrorism we are facing from Iran based groups or foreign agencies using Iran's soil.

.
we must protect the broders jointly however can someone tell iranians to stop supporting people like uzair baloch in our cities and pls stop hosting and giving space to spies of our enemies like kulbushan thank u

Believe me...every patriot of Pakistan, who defends Pakistan on social media platforms, who tackles Indian/Iranian/Afghan propaganda, is surprised as fuk on our such idiotic/shameful/condemnable attitude towards Iran...

This apologetic attitude of our leadership is not only encouraging for Iran but also demoralizing those patriots/common people who are thinking their leadership is sissy in front of Iran.

Iran is taking advantage of Pakistan's open media and simplicity of Pakistanis. High time, Pakistan deals with Iran by not how we see them but how Iranians see us - A hostile Sunni dominated country, close to Arabs/Turks.

Pakistanis never put an eye on Iran, don't know the reason for that...which allows them to not only act arrogant but also build a fifth column in Pakistan...in political parties and in media...These two entities are filled with Iranians/their pitthos...Heavenly penetrated, thats why instead of debating the structure of alliance and its future prospects, we wasted our time by debating regarding alliance on...Iran, Iran, Iran..sectarian, sectarian, sectarian...

Pakistanis in Rawalpindi and Islamabad should show some courage before Iranians mess up Pakistan internally by penetration of their agents in civil and military institutions and externally by messing up Pakistan's relations with traditional allies such as GCC/Turkiye...

Majority people are overwhelmingly in support of Raheel Sharif/military alliance...Sectarian trolls/Iranian pitthos should not be entertained, especially after Iranians themselves have refused to join alliance.
