Iran is one of the biggest in world in terms of the volume and value of its natural resources... let,s take a quick look at it;

OIL = 157 billion barrels = Third in world at the moment as new discoveries are being made every year

Natural Gas = Iran still holds the world’s largest proven natural gas reserves, at 33.8 trillion cubic meters—or 18.2 percent of the world’s total proven reserves.

Total combined current value of Iranian oil and gas = $35.3 trillion value at current prices

All above mentioned estimates tells us that Iran has something between $46.3 trillion to $50 trillion of natural and mineral resources ready to be extracted!

This money divided by 78 million current Iranian populations shows each Iranian has a net wealth of $593000 to $641000 in place inside Iran in form of natural resources.
This shows if these resources get extracted in 100 years from now, Iran can make 500 billion dollars each yearout of them if they all sold as RAW material.

By processing some of these reserves inside Iran and then exporting it the value of these resources could well exceed hundreds of trillion dollars... Let's not forget the amount of income possible to be created by investing that yearly 500 billion dollars!!!

Very informative post.... The Iran's deal will surely unlock the potentials of these resources and more over provide the market that Iran desperately needs to sell its goods otherwise these RESOURCES are nothing but equivalent to dirt.

WE MUST take advantage of our resources before prices crash and fossil fuels are replaced in and around mid century. The money we make from it could modernize the entire Iranian nation and with time, everything they want, from a modern industrial society to an independent society could be very well in reach. Poor countries are never independent. Independence comes from having a strong economy, not by useless Ahmadinejad like bolstering and useless propaganda.

Excellent post. What the akhoonds and their brain dead ape minded supporters don't understand is that renewable resources are right around the corner. In our life time renewable energy WILL REPLACE fossil fuels.

WE MUST take advantage of our resources before prices crash and fossil fuels are replaced in and around mid century. The money we make from it could modernize the entire Iranian nation and with time, everything they want, from a modern industrial society to an independent society could be very well in reach. Poor countries are never independent. Independence comes from having a strong economy, not by useless Ahmadinejad like bolstering and useless propaganda.

Few analysts believe that renewable energies gonna take the stand of fossil oil any sooner than next decades if not next century... It is like this and will be like this for at least 3 to 4 more gens... The current economical and political system of the world is based on fossil energy and never let it happen that easy... they never stop using fossils unless they see the end of the world is imminent if they do not just stop using more fuel in 24 hours...
Although who does n't like cleaner air and healthier life?

Renewable energy is growing exponentially every year. Solar and wind specially.

Every single industrialized country is pushing for renewable sources. In Europe, some countries are outright banning nuclear energy and replacing even that with renewable sources.

As I said, by mid century, fossil fuels will start getting phased out overnight. This is the last 2-3 decades to take advantage of oil and gas. Advancements in solar, wind and other renewable sources are already slashing the costs. Once these sources become the norm, a barrel of oil will cost a few dollars.

Arabs used the past 4 decades to bring in trillions of dollars into their countries. Norway has collected a trillion dollars in savings over the past few decades. Meanwhile you guys sat there with a thumb up your asses. Let's see if you can manage to use the remaining time productively.

Bro, the other option is migrating to Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan. Hopefully, they are all rich countries in these terms, specially the beautiful Kazakhstan.
