way out of the city .
wonder why they built such large hospital in that location .
it was a lot more useful inside the city

. . .
"they" did it only for you so you have a "point"...
just think , your child is sick and you had to take him/her to outskirt of the city for treatment , now think how you feel if the disease is a chronic one and you had to take him/her there several time a month

Imagine you are living in Berlin where it is "ok" if climate idiots glue themself on the streets so no ambulance can get through (even people died of that cause ambulance needed over half an hour to get to the accident)...

i work in them , you must go to governmental run hospital here and then we talk .
your problem there is with route to hospital not the hospital itself . here the problem is selecting bad position for the hospital , not the range of service it provide.

let tell you an incident that happened when they rebuild Emergency ward of Sina hospital (oldest Hospital in Tehran )they needed health ministry budget in doing so . so after they draw the plans went there and at the time deputy minister came and visited the site , and he blatantly said we wont approve these plans and you must build it as i say if you want government budget for that , and they agreed because they needed that budget and guess what the deputy come with one of the must ridiculous design and plans possible.
funny part when it was finished health minister himself came to open the new ward and first thing he said was if you didn't knew how to design an emergency ward you could come to us and we designed it for you . and the Tehran university and hospital represantative there were silent and didn't dare to say it was your own deputy that made it so ridicolous
