Most of the 'problems' are created by outsiders. They push Saudi to do this. And a part of it is also Saudi insecurity. I think both sides can come to an agreement, IF those powers allow Saudi to do so. Because this conflict is in the interest of many others. They don't want a prosperous, stable middle east.
