Iranian women risk arrest as they remove their veils for #WhiteWednesday

.
When people tend to understand religion then the religion and the creator of religion himself, problems are bound to happen.
Hijab is mandatory law for woman.
BUT it can't be imposed by state because religion has not given the state that power.
Sharia is two-tier law system. 1 . personal(where religion interacts with individual person directly) 2 . State(where religion interact with state's rule setup)
According to Sharia, state can only execute capital punishment.Hijab does not fall into that category.State is third person singular number here, and it needs to be extremely careful interfering with people's personal life unless Religion has ordered it.Otherwise State can alienate people from Religion's moral goal. Our religion very well understood it clearly and has given authoritative power to those who worth it. The only thing State can do here is to setup Religious environment and encourage parents. It needs to deliver those punches through family rather then directly interfering in it.Whenever peoples try to interfere in Religion's unchangeable decision, they make a mess out of it.

And about IRI's Hijab law, IRI's leader didn't make it mandatory for religious purpose. They did it only to oppose whatever Shah did.

If you are ok with watching the nice physics, curved body and beautiful hairs of your own brother's wife, don't sum up yourself with other Shias who have their faith in Zahra Athar (SA) and her father's way of life.

Why would I sum up myself with blind followers of Mullahs ??? And as you claim to be a follower of Fatima A.S, then you should know that neither Fatima nor his father "forced" any woman to wear Hijab (or anything else for that matter) against her will ... Do you get my point now ? ... Personally, I am ok with women wearing hijab, I believe women dressing modestly for religious reasons deserve to be respected more ..... But I am not ok with anyone forcing anyone else on any matter related to religion, including dressing ...

It is a law friend. If it wasn't approved by people, then you were right. Hijab in Iran is like the red light at the crossroads. We respect it, punishment would be applied on those who violated it. End of these useless discussions, that is a LAW

It's an unjust law .. Nothing wrong in opposing such laws ... rather one has a moral as well as religious duty to oppose unjust laws ...

Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error: whoever rejects evil and believes in Allah hath grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold, that never breaks. And Allah heareth and knoweth all things.

This verse referring to non muslims and not for muslims

There is not a single verse in the Qur'an in which Allah has prescribed any worldly punishment for any religious offense ... So even if we accept that Hijab is mandatory (which of course is debatable), we still have nothing in the Qur'an proving that anyone (including the State) has any right to punish someone for the "religious" offense of not wearing Hijab

Quran has 30 Parahs. But there are hardly 30 verses in Quran which talk about the Sharia laws. Why?
Why is it that Allah filled 29 Parahs (actually 99% of Quran) with describing His Greatness and stories of past, but HE forgot to mention the Sharia laws about slaves in Quran.

It's full of guiding principles...justice, compassion, mercy, war, society etc. Stories of the past are there to draw ver important parables and learn from the mistakes of the ancients. Quran recognizes the slaves and the slavery; it gives out the principles as to how to approach it.

First Question: Why Allah didn't tell the Sharia Orders for the slave women in the Quran?

Slaves consisted of men as well...not only women folk. And here is a question in terms of emotions...How can this religion allow slavery? Or how can this religion allow shedding of blood? This is not a religious forum so this will be last reply on this particular discussion. Observe the world around you, read as much history as you can and study/contemplate on the human nature. I apologize brother if I offended you or sounded condescending as it's completely contrary to my intentions. I have a lot to learn myself to be honest.

I recognize the fact that everyone finds their own way in life, and I believe Allah, Al-Hadi (The Guide) is the ultimate and the best of Guide.

Brother, this verse is limited to the Free Muslim women only.
There is no mention of slave girls here.

Would you allow me to directly quote Ahadith of Shia Aima from al-Kafi about the slave girls?

Quran has nothing about Slave women. Therefore, both Shia and Sunni Muslims acted upon the Ahadith on this matter for the last 14 centuries.

Since you are from Shia school of thought, therefore let me quote some Ahadith from Shia books (while Sunni Books also have the same Ahadith, but only 10 times more).

Wasail-us-Shia (link) and Alal Sharai (link):

سألت أبا عبد الله (ع) عن المملوكة تقنع رأسها إذا صلت؟ قال لا قد كان أبى إذا رأى الخادمة تصلى في مقنعة ضربها لتعرف الحرة من المملوكة

“I asked Aba `Abd Allah [al-Sadiq] (as) concerning the possession’s covering of her head when she prayed? He replied: ‘No! For when my father saw the female servant *praying* with a scarf on, he *hit* her; so that the free can be known from the possession.”

And it is in Man La Yahduruh al-Faqih – the author al-Saduq – [1:373] and Wasail-us-Shia (link) that Imam al-Baqir said:

ليس على الأمة قناع في الصلاة

“There is no cover for the slave girl during pray.”

This report is declared “Sahih” by the Grand Ayatullah al-Sayyid Muhammad Sadiq al-Ruhani in Fiqh al-Sadiq [4:228]

In fact, it is narrated in Qadi Nu`man al-Maghribi’s Da`a’im al-Islam [1:177] and al-Nuri’s Mustadrak al-Wasa’il [3:217] that Ja`far al-Sadiq was asked about the permissibility for a slave girl to cover her head during prayers and he replied:

لا كان أبى رضوان الله عليه إذا رأى أمة تصلى وعليها مقنعة ضربها وقال يا لكع لا تتشبهي بالحرائر

“No, When my father, `alayh as-salam, saw a slave girl praying and she had a scarf on her, he hit her! And he said: ‘You rascal! Do not resemble the free ones!’”

Translation:
Imam Sadiq (as) said when Imam Ali (as) wanted to buy a slave girl, then he used to undress her thighs and checked them.

According to Shia Madhab too the "Awra"(nakedness) of slave girl is only from naval till knees.

Bahar-ul-Anwar (Link):
Translation:
Imam Sadiq (as) said: If the master wants to marry his slave woman to another person, then the master should not see her "Awra" (nakedness) which is between naval till knees.

And Dhimmi woman also has no "Sacntity" (حرمۃ) like the slave woman. Wasail-us-Shia (link):

Translation:
The holy Prophet said: "There is no Sanctity (حرمۃ) of Dhimmi women (i.e. Non Muslim woman living in Muslim Country). The hairs and hands of such woman could be seen.

Therefore I wondered why Iranian Scholars made Hijab necessary for the Non Muslim women after the revolution, while it is totally against their own fiqh which they followed the previous 14 centuries.

Brother, thanks for the advice. I assure you I left emotions, bais, prejudice and went for researching for many years before coming to the conclusion of leaving Islam.

Now let us talk about "Quran", as you mentioned in your post.

First Question: Why Allah didn't tell the Sharia Orders for the slave women in the Quran?

Due to this "negligence", Muslims of the last 1400 years went towards Ahadith, and practice of Sahaba, and then practice of Tabaeen, and all of them were unanimous that slave women could move in the society with naked breasts and she could be sold in this way (plus customers could touch their private parts before buying them), and the slave women to be punished if they try to take Hijab.

This negligence resulted in this way that billions of slaves had to suffer during the last 14 centuries, they were made hald naked, and sold like sheep in the Bazars and they had no sanctity
