The heartfelt words of a friend LOL are you saying that Russia and China are using pressure on Iran? Oh trust me if any very influential countries using heartfelt words talking to Iran it would be Russia and China and is Iran giving up their nuclear energy? In fact, in my first comments I said that this is the visit of the leaders of the two countries to strengthen economic cooperation, trade and investment ...to bring benefits for the people of the two countries.
The two leaders have discussed co-production of nuclear weapons or not, that is outside this topic, and no one can know that.
