The resale value of Pulsar is among the best..My friend bought a 2002 model Pulsar in 2009 for 21K and he was still able to resell that after 2 years at 17 K after abusing it. Even the initial price was a bit less because he was going to be the third hand and the bike had met with two or three accidents and that was according to the seller
And one more thing I forgot to tell about the Apache is the handle vibration...its like a vibrator and you hands start paining after some time if not wearing riding gloves..in Pulsar is real smooth and you dont feel that.
Regarding the build quality..I honestly dont feel any difference between Pulsar and Apache..both look solid to me..I would like to know what is the build quality issues regarding pulsars ?
The vibration is only between 4000 and 5000 rpm. I already mentioned it. Outside that range its super smooth. It not such a big deal though. You can easily stay out of this range.
Not sure if they have resolved it. I could never understand why it vibrates only in that range.
