NO, at least for now, currently Talaeah (formerly Shiraz!) intelligence gathering ship is the only one with suitable tower.

With the size of each AESA module in the pictures Each Eye AESA would have an array diameter of around 2 to 2.5 meters on each of the 4 directions. Finally!
