That's Zazaki/Dimliki, a difficult dialect if you speak Sorani.

I speak persian, but for me it's indeed more difficult than sorani. I recognize some sentences/words in sorani. But Zazaki almost nothing.

With the text yes some of it. I think for a Persian speaking Iranian it would not be difficult to learn sorani kurdish.
