Does Fajr-5 variant warhead carry chemical weapons? (phosphorus, sarin etc)
I`d say that would be a pretty big NO as far as chem/bio goes, considering irans experience and resulting policy during the iran-iraq war.
However,blast/Incendiary type warheads and cluster munitions on the other hand would not surprise me at all.

Unlikely. Those designs are are old like a reused diaper. Iranian tech far better.
The question is how would Iran get its hands on BrahMos or CM302.

Iran though has its hands on P800 which some were sent in Lebanon

So my bet is an Oniks/BrahMos-like design wise, exactly like this

Otherwise Iran coming with its own design would be a surprise, something less big, so either Iran has mastered itself the technology or used P800 as a sample. P800 like wouldn't derange me if Iran can produce them in numbers without being a purchased good from Russia (no restrictions for upgrades, no possible backdoors). It would be a big surprise if they unveil something like BrahMos-2 or CM302, just anything but the Oniks design

Surprise? What surprise. Iran far surpasses this garbage.

P800/BrahMos starter design would be the most logical for Iran before moving to complex designs

This seems the most cost effective option for mass production, decisive Persian Gulf coastal defense achieved and send some in Lebanon, if a C-802 missile alone is capable of hitting an Israeli US made corvette in one shot, imagine this with supersonic volley.

Making PG a definitive dead area for expeditionary invaders, being able to send salvos to cruisers, destroyers, carriers, tankers, coupled with Ghadir for example, completely saturating them

So number, quality/price and mass production or fancy, hight cost missile that will never be produced or produced in low numbers? The choice is quickly made for Iran

What i see is not a copy of Oniks, but its same design but upgraded, kind of 3rd Khordad vs BUK thing, only the look is the same
