It is sad to see you people critisize Iran for taking care of a problem we share together only because Iran is shia dominant. If Iran was a sunni country you would bless us for protecting the borders. If Iran was a threat to Pakistan your government would react to Irans actions. Unless you shia haters at this forum have a better intelligence than Pakistans government, if that is the case maybe you should inform your government. Grow up and stop being scared of shias.
Have you ever been to Turkey? I dont mean the airport but the country, do you have any Turkish friends? I have been to Turkey hundreds of times, I speak the language and I have many Turkish friends and family. You are delusional if you think Turkish people in general respect Pakistan at all and why would they? Do you share anything cultural? Do you have anything in common except for being muslim? To the turks eyes you are uncivilised and a terrorist nation just like afghans and "desert arabs" who they call uncivilised dirty traitors. In their eyes they are far superior to you, I believe
@Kaptaan covered this well
Quite a rant , well Turkey and Pakistan are tied by our brotherly bonds both religious and from prespective of functional democratic republics
Furthermore , since both the nations have good amount of Academics and strategic thinkers both nations enjoy a special place in term of respecting each other on mutual interst matters.
Also it is quite a well known fact that everyone since days of Ottoman Empire had great amount of respect for the Turkish Leadership and there were deep ties between the delegations from old Muslim Empires in Subcontinent and of course Turkish Empire
In modern times , this deep bond and respect for each other has fortified our friendship to a level it may be difficult for you to understand at present
But it is enough to say Pakistanis most of time when they see Turkey or people of Turkey its almost like our Cousins
Obviously during the times when Turkey went thru great stress after WW1 , people of Pakistan did every thing in their power to support people of Turkey both politically and morally
Pakistan's bond and brotherly ties with Turkey and China are truely a great pride for our people
As matter of having Turkish friends , I do like to imagine most of the Turkish visitors on the forum are our frined so I don't understand your wild sense of Logic
Last but not least I will also mention it to you , that one other aspect unites Pakistan / Turkish people is our Innovation and desire to think out of the box
With all the stuff I mentioned, I don't think Iran has anything to be Jelous of they should focus on their own economy
Pakistan does not just sees the shades of Shia / Sunni when we view Iran we see it as a Educated nation , and hopefully your statements should reflect the intellect of your own nation
I think for Iranains they need to come to understanding to start focusing on cultural similarities I am sure they have a vital role to play in all regional matters
