Bro the umayad government, from which giants like Muhammed bin Qasem came, banned local languages and changed it to arabic.
Now because of kufr nationalism we have our own official languages which is not arabic. Because of that many of us don't understand Quran (except little bit of it by translated texts, but we have to know Quran in its own original language to know it best). And this is why are countries are not doing good now (technology, economy wise)

Learning Arabic is good but not forcefully. Iran can speak Persian aas it would be hard for them to learn Arabic. ALso, they hate Arabic anyway so whats the point?
