Quds force is similar to US Army Special Forces in that thier primary focus is training and equiping others to fight. But there is a secondary mission with US Army Special Forces that is more about direct action. This gives more direct control over a mission then you have when using proxies. Since Iran doesn't really have the equivelant of Seal Teams I can see them using Quds instead. Not having to use proxies gives more OPSEC (operational security) and turn around time for the mission as well.

OK, but those are mere speculations. As you know, for the Quds forces, direct bomb planting operations hasn't been defined as their job. Also, if Iran is looking for operational security and doesn't trust her proxies, they could make a new branch of the IRGC for that. Hizbullah, as an Iranian proxy, used to do bomb planting operations in 1980s' at the time of the Iraq-Iran war, but even Hizbullah hasn't been doing that for a long time after 1990's I guess.

There is very little rational arguments to believe that Quds forces are changing the nature of their operations now. If you read about the history of Quds forces activities, you know that they have never been involved directly, instead they have trained Kurds in Iraq to fight against Saddam during the war, they have helped Afghan insurgents to fight against the soviets, they have helped Hizbullah to fight against Israel in 2006, or missions of that type. I'm not even sure if Kenya falls within the territories that Quds forces are active in there as Iran has no interests in Kenya whatsoever.

Just becuase international news organizations tend to concentrate on headlines and current affiars doesn't mean past incidents are not valid as a result.

You missed my point - what connection to Iran's government? No connection was found, in any bombings Iran was allegedly involved, ever. Israel can easily pay off terrorists MKO's Iranians to do the bombings in Iran or elsewhere (proven fact), or to create an impression they try to bomb Israeli diplomats in a friendly to Iran country like India, to ruin relationships between those countries.

Once you use common sense, its easy to understand two things: after much allegations no connection to Iran government was found, and two - who benefits from it? Iran doesnt benefit, Israel does benefit, a lot. Thats where real detectives would start looking. Since those who benefits the most, are most likely culprits as well.

The deeper one looks in such cases, the more obvious it gets Iran has nothing to do with it. Like multiple CIA agents were laughing at "Saudi ambassador plot" in the media and one said outright - Israel fingerprints is all over this case.

Well, to be honest. It looks like the Quds force wants desperately to claim a successful operation and makes errors while doing it. The recent incidents in Thailand, India, Azerbaijan and now Kenya prove this. The Qods force was quite successful and professional before al these incidents, but the latest actions are stains on their reputation. I think behind the screens the men who led this operations will be taking responsible for al these errors.
