i think only 24 of them will be built . because Iran just wanted to test electronic systems to build its own 5 gen fighters. Iran has been developing airplanes and fighter for more than 20 years, and it is getting more and more experience every time they build one, so do not expect this fighter ( kowsar ) to be produced at high levels, because the reason for making this fighter is to gain more experience and test some technology progress. Qaher _ 313 in the other hand will be mass produced.
