I hope we win final match of Asian volleyball championship tomorrow. the match will be between us and South Korea. we won a match with SK 3 days ago.
our water polo team also won asia cup today
By adding Wrestling, and Basketball to this list, it seems that, we have almost won all important sport cups in asia or world(Wrestling) in this year.

Iran has defeated the United States at the 2013 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Grand Champions Cup in Japan.

In its fourth game during the tournament on Saturday, Iran’s Volleyball team edged past Italy 3-2 in the first, fourth and fifth sets (28-26, 27-25, 18-16) and the US was ahead in the second and third sets (both 25-19).

This was the first time that Iran’s volleyball team won over the US. The Americans had been the winners in all the three previous games between the countries over the past years.

Following the victory, Iran stands in the fifth spot of the table after Brazil, Russia, Italy and the US.

The Iranian volleyballers are scheduled to take on Japan in their next match on Saturday.

In its previous game on Wednesday, the Iranian team beat Italy 3-2 at Kyoto prefectural gymnasium, but it had lost its previous matches to Brazil and Russia on Tuesday and Friday.

The 2013 round of the games kicked off in Japan on November 19 and will wrap up on November 24.
