thousands kg - weight of manned mission.

For manned mission Iran needs 100 times more powerful launcher than it has now.

Too bad for India, they are only officially going to start astronaut "selection" in 2020. And even if they somehow meet that deadline (they are not famous for meeting deadlines), it will still take several more years just to train them.

Which means that Iran will most likely beat India in sending a man into space.

Time will tell who will do what.if we can help and launch mission to moon and participate in finding water over moon then we can do this too.and invitation was given to india to participate in ISS and india is now a part of it
