What i can say is. This is yet another failure of iran. We have sent the Chinese automotive chip to copy(reverse engineering). they did not succeed and asked us what the infrastructure of the chip was. Like we now it.

We are talking about several thousend times difficult chips with this drone. Iran isnt capebel to let this drone fly. And and not at all with reverse engineering.

Its to expensive so we are looking for cheaper chips and the best adres was china. they could not copy the chip.

and about the possibility of this RQ flight i assure you the country that has the ability to land such very high tech drone has the ability to reverse engineer it. i tell you this thing can fly years on your so called Netherland and you can't even detect it let alone landing it.

I am a technician and I have not really studied English Most important i now how engineering proces works. I did worked with engineers to make from design to production phase. Based on knowledge background i can tel of iran can make it or make it not. Iran dont have the hardware and software to make this thing fly. Even the dutch cant make this thing fly. Even Turkey dont have the knowledge to make this thing fly...

Reverse engineering is not so easy. This is not making a ballistic missile from russia or north korea. Only the yankees have the knowledge to make plane with deltawings to fly.

this wil be a big faillure.... you can sel this drone to china better.... maybe they wil make something...

if they can make loongson then they can certainly make any chip you can dream on using in any car by the way I don't think a foundry being in the list and they can't produce a chip if you give them the design

I thought french also could make plane with delta wing and also German in WW2 made a delta wing plane fly .
by the way USA was generous enough to gave us a Delta wing plane completely intact and we can learn from it , it's not like we are going to reinvent the basic of a flying wing (I guess you meant flying wing not delta wing)

I can accept that Iran might have reverse-engineered various parts of the hardware, but I don't understand how Iran could substitute similar software. Software capability is a big part of modern systems.

Still, even reverse-engineering the hardware is a big achievement, so good job.

we begin Sofreh Mahi project two years before RQ-170 event and it was flat UAV ....... IMO we used Sofreh Mahi software .... and Iran has high rank in IA as well ....

for better having more effective propaganda and ridicule Americans .... our targets aren't military specialist ( experts ) , our targets are regular people around the world ....
