Iran Parliament condemns merger of KSA, Bahrain

.
Back to topic guys I think that the ruling families should move towards democracy at a greater pace. I am sad to see leaders like Mabarrak and Gadaffi who originally started out as probably true patriots cling on to a method of governance that really has no place in the twenty first centurary.

In the case of Gadaffi I think he would have won or had a place in Libyan politics had he moved towards reform.

I can but encourage other Arab leaders and pray to Allah to give them guidance to move forward to avoid blood shed.

The same is the case in Bahrain the leaders must give effect to the wishes of their people before their people take their rights by force

.
In your wet dreams.
Mosa it's not like cartoons in your childhood (Do they let cartoon broadcast in KSA?:) ).It's real world.

Bahrain was part of Iran until 1971,became independent by referendum,Iran respected their vote what about you (Voting and elections and referendums are three meaningless words in Arab countries).
If you annex Bahrain,it will be easier for us to destabilize house of Saud, which is a tumor in Muslim world.

It is so sad to see Iranians and Arabs to use their petro-dollars and Islam for so much death and destruction.

Iran remains a quasi dicatorship under the "supreme" Mullahs aka Ayatullahs authority
while
Saudi Arabia is a play ground for the Saud family.

But sad situation in both the cases.

Saudi Arabia oppresses local opposition in the name of Saud
iranians oppress local opposition in the name of Ayatullah.

Both are wrong and both have lost their humanity.

Pakistani Shias and Wahabis are the worst as they follow the Mullahs and Ayatullahs who themselves have no clue about this world.

peace,

Not possible.

If you have religious zealots on the top or tribal zelots on the top, democracy cannot survive there.

Iran, and Arabs will remain bad apples unless they are throw away religious Mullahs and Ayatullahs.
Only then these gad-awful places can be civilized and only then they can have democracy.

Similarly in Pakistan, the democratic system will remain a joke as long as we insist on "Islamic" republic.

Republicanism has no place for Islam or Christianity or Ullu-ism as an overarching entity.

Government has to be by the People for the people. No tirbal lord, no Mullah or Aytullah or Islamism can produce democratic system.

peace,

Yeah I thought I give you lot a taste of your own medicine for a change.

Mossa first and foremost I am not racist. Not that I have to prove anything to you. What disturbs me is that you and a number of your mates on here at the slightest criticism of your leaders and or the method of governance in your country take it as almost blasphemy and resort to personal and at times racist attacks on others. I must say it has been an eye opener for me.

For the avoidance of doubt there have been great Arab leaders in the past and I am sure there may be in the future. I also have a lot of sympathy for the Arab masses as not only are they victims of unjust American and Israeli actions but they carry the burden own despots.

Taking the current Bahrain leaders I think they find it more important to keep Americans happy than their own people. I also put some Pakistani leaders in that category as well. I find these type of leaders to be a curse on their people.

Who the hell are you to judge us or our leaders?? You think you know our own country better than we do?? What gave you the right to even begin to criticize us or our leaders? Seriously who the hell do you think you are? What you know Saudi Arabia better than Saudis themselves?? You know about our royal family better than we do?? More about our government than the 20 million Saudis living here?? So I suggest you put a sock in it.

Mossa contrary to your rants neither you nor your leaders represent all Arabs. Please correct me there have been no elections in Saudi. Who is the legitimate representative of the people living in your country. As far as I can see they have no more right to represent than Assad the Syrians that you often condemn or former Libyan leader Gadaffi.

What democracy is the way to go?? Fuccck democracy. It is nothing but a hollow orgn for rich businessmen and politicians to exact their own gains. I don't believe in democracy nor do I believe in monarchies. Or theocratic way of system like Iran. Or socialism where people are denied the fruits of hard work... In fact there is not a single form of government that is good for anybody.

Man humanity sucks...... All humans deserve to die and let the world of their stink once and for all. Hell we are destroying the world we are suppose to be living in we don't even deserve it.

Well I quite like the idea of system of democracy propagating a welfare state that takes care of the weakest in the nation

.
I can see what Saudi Arabia's reason is behind the merger....They don't wish to see Shi'as in any corner of Arab world and they will chew them like their own....

.
Bahrain is a small dot that cannot be seen on a world map. What would 1 island seriously make a difference when Iran herself has more than 20 of those....

.
dont worry iran will send force as they send protest times for secure them from aljazeera shield force

.
LOL. Do they tell you such jokes in Arabia? Really?
Egypt, as a proud glorious country with tourism industry, joins the group of countries that everyone in the world, even in the allied west, looks down on them? Are Egyptians crazy to completely ruin their country with that decision?

Why would Egypt want to join Saudi dictatorship? They have now democracy and have wonderful universities unlike the pathetic performance of Saudi universities among Muslim nations. Just see this university ranking for middle east by SCImago to understand that despite monstrous Saudi money and hiring all the university professors from abroad and hiring foreign researchers and students to write research papers, still they suck: http://www.scimagoir.com/pdf/sir_2011_world_report_middle_east.pdf

I do not understand with their resources they seem to be going backwards in their thinking

It is their "rigid" ideology which is holding back their human potentials. If you know what I mean. If we only had ten percent of the money they have, we would already be on the moon. These guys just protect US interests in the region. That is their job. US fifth fleet is stationed permanently at Bahrain and all this is being done to turn Bahrain into a quasi-colony for US military. Welcome to the new age of neo-colonialism.

have you noticed that at the slightest disagreement some of them lash out and so on. I almost think to advise Iran and Israel to bury the hatchet and share Arab lands between them lol. At least the rest of us would have some peace.
