One more thing. Pakistan invests huge amount on the pipeline (for pipe dream). after couple years of use, India/China refuses to take gas and imports from sea route then pakistan will be royally fcuked.
India should trick into pakistan, and make it invest huge amount. We will have huge leverage over pakistan.
How is pakistan strategically located ? Once WOT in afghanistan ends, I believe no one even locate where pakistan is on the map.
You mean just like India defeated by China (which is inevitable) and when not able to purchase high-tech weaponry from the west will be forgotten in the dustbin of history?
by that logic pak should already be in the trashbin of history after being defeated in war after war....and being abused by the usa almost daily through drones....
despite the wretched attempts by hindutva & many other challenges the country still stands
Yet to see if you stand once the West stops supporting you people

Are you jealous that Indonesia is stronger than Malaysia?
To the topic: Pakistan is a Regional Power, and very important in Asia.
America and China are right now competing for influence in Pakistan.
China will most probably win this contest.
Pakistan is nowhere in the picture. It is Afghanistan that holds the key as a hub. And that is why Pakistan is desperate to install a pliable and 'friendly' government in Afghanistan so that it can gain access to this hub. It is part of the doctrine of 'Strategic Depth'. And the reason why it supports the Haqqanis.Pakistan is at the crossroads of Central Asia, South Asia, Middle East, and western China while India is in the core of South Asia. Once WOT ends and U.S. leaves our region, Pakistan will connect oil rich Middle East and resource rich Central Asia to emerging superpower China while India will battle its Maoists in its north-east.
West supported you from the day of your creation sonny. They still doing it by throwing money. They also sent warship in bay of Bangal in '71.
so get your facts sonny and be on topic.
and what these enemies can do in future ?
pakistan cant do sh*t.
and china wont do any sh*t.
ever heard of mutual assured destruction ?
after this still 50000 people died in pakistan due to terrorism !
yeah pakistan is most important country in the world and india is sh*t------------ who cares

After the US departs Afghanistan, there would be more chaos with countries vying for the Afghan pie including the CIS Republics, Iran, China, India and Pakistan. This doesn't include the 'Northern Alliance' warlords and other sundry factions. This is a veritable high explosive cocktail of conflicting interests.
