L-Band radars can detect stealth from a very long distance, no aircraft other than PAK-FA has plans to integrate L-band radar on their aircraft.

Bi-static and Multi static radar can detect stealth, as these aircrafts reflects radio waves away from the source, a scattered bed of sensors can nullify that advantage, but none has even deployed such radars on large scale. Or atleast not in public knowledge.

-4) the LRF is very precise : on the first picture , the F-22 is 576m away , 2100m away on the 2nd picture (and the TV zoom set to "4") and 644m away on the 3rd picture .
