BLACKEAGLE can you say why it's been rejected,? So basically iran was going to give 30 years oil and in return their citizens get to visit Shia places is that it?? I would accept that straight away that's totally gain unless there's something else.

Basically, in the two previous years, Jordanian economy got many hits but the major hit was cutting of Egyptian gas via a gas line which got exploded 14 times which costed Jordan $4 bn, frankly speaking, GCC didn't give Jordan aids this year due to Jordanian rejection to get more involved in Syria in favor of FSA which is not in Jordanian capability, hell... even Turkey called for NATO help and abstained from responding to Syrian provocations many times, Jordanian army is strong enough to deter and defend it's territories and not to invade other countries unless it was a coalition with a bunch of other countries, however Bahrain urgently called for helping Jordan and UAE promised to help along with KSA, Kuwait and Qatar, even Egypt promised to supply Jordan the contracted amount of gas as soon as possible. Nevertheless, this doesn't mean to sell out GCC, both the gov and people refused this offer right away despite the difficult situation, GCC have never hesitated to help Jordan but this time.

I would say they are right but they should consider the national interests of Jordan as well.

That is the impossible itself, Jordan major concern is Iranian nuclear ambitions, so it would never help out in this regard, pls, Jordan considers any threat whatsoever to GCC as a direct threat to Jordan, remember Jordanian direct and immediate involvement in Houthies war and Bahrain. The first warning was raised regarding Iranian expansion in Iraq and Lebanon was by the King Abdullah The Second 7 years ago.

Four months ago when FSA army had 50000 soldiers, was the best time for a coalition to invade Syria. Unfortunately, the money to complete the job was spent on Greece and Italy for nothing. Lebs have been at each other's necks for decades. Their shias will get money from whoever and their sunnis will get support from whoever. Then there's the pro west camp and the X and Y camp. I don't even know how they've managed to stay as one nation for so long.

At the same time it's also about defence as much as offense. I mean you can't have the saudis running around creating their own puppets when they're so inherently anti-shia/Iran. If both IR and Saudi regimes would just get destroyed than the ME would temporarily have a sigh of relief.
