Dont get me wrong i dont wanna be rude but is this made by engineers?
Because it doesnt look professionally made, more like a school project.

. .
You got that right.

This article is a joke. Airframe wise, there is nothing spectacular about the RQ's flying wing design and Iranian aviation engineers know this. Heck, even radio control (RC) scale modelers know this.
lol. These guys are talking about using the RQ-170 when they have no expirience in the ISR field. Fielding it should be a pain the a$$ for them.

not to hard to defend , a flying wing in nature is a bat , what happen if it stop flapping it's wing
look at the bird like pelican or Albatross they are more like RQ-170 or Glider ?

wing geometry is very important , advantage of flying wing is not in its stability ,but after you managed to keep it stabilize it glide on itself and need far little energy to stay in the air. but to keep it stabilized you need energy and the only source of Energy in RQ-170 is it's engine , you take it away and it'll be like a dead Bat

OK .. U win.
The world has yet to learn aerodynamics from Ferdowsi's books.

Bye bye,
