Iranian regime sent another delegation to negotiate the Hajj agreement with Saudi Arabia. Submit and sign the paper of Saudi conditions to protect pilgrimages or no Hajj, go to Karbala or Qum.

Because these idiots don't know how hajj is it. even king Salman perform salat while wearing his shoes in masjid al-haram!!!!!!!!!!
God order to prophet Muses (PBUH) to take off his shoes in Sinai Desert but these Saudis yet don't know they should take off their shoes in masjid al-haram!

Aoa, my question is Why iran and saudi arab not sit on the table on negotiations to start diplomatic approach and creates sollutions to tackle the conspiracies against both of them.
i think if Saudi Authorities facilitate the Hajj Pilgrims and sort out the problems and implications regarding hajj operation, then Iran may be in position to send pilgrims .

Ministry of Hajj and Umrah: Iranian Delegation of Hajj and Visit Leaves the Kingdom, Refuses to Sign Minutes of Concluding Arrangements of Iranian Pilgrims

Jeddah, Sha'ban 20, 1437, May 27, 2016, SPA -- The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has issued the following statement regarding the refusal of Iranian Organization of Hajj and Visit's mission to sign minutes of concluding arrangements of Iranian pilgrims:
Further to the statement issued by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah on 08/05/1437H regarding refusal of the Iranian Organization of Hajj and Visit's mission to sign minutes of concluding arrangements of Iranian pilgrims for this Hajj season 1437H, and based on the keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has responded to desire of the Chairman of Iranian Organization of Hajj and Visit and the accompanying delegation to come to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for signing the minutes of concluding arrangements of Iranian pilgrims' arrival to perform Hajj rituals for this Hajj season 1437H.
The ministry formally received the delegation and provided all facilitations to them, including enabling them to perform
Umrah. After that, continuous meetings were held on 18-19/08/1437H for long hours. The two sides dealt with all topics that have been discussed in previous meetings. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah suggested a number of solutions for all points requested by the Iranian Organization of Hajj and Visit as follows:
- Issuing visas electronically from inside Iran in accordance with mechanism agreed by the Saudi Foreign Ministry.
- Transporting pilgrims equally between the Saudi national carrier and Iranian national carrier.
- Approving the Iranian request by let it diplomatically represented through the Swiss embassy in order to take care of Iranian pilgrims' interests where the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah immediately coordinated with the competent authorities to implement it.
But, at dawn on Friday, 20/08/1437H, the Iranian mission expressed its desire to leave to home without signing the minutes of arrangements of the Iranian pilgrims' affairs.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is confirming that the mission of the Iranian Hajj and Visit Organization which refused to sign the minutes on arrangements for Iranian pilgrims for the Year 1437, will be responsible in front of Allah Almighty and its people for inability of the Iranian citizens to perform Hajj for this year.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has also clarified that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has stressed its categorical rejection to politicize Hajj rituals.
Upon directives of the Kingdom's wise leadership, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is always ready to cooperate for serving the pilgrims and facilitating their arrival procedures.

Iran gives Saudi until Sunday for Hajj agreement
The head of Iran’s Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization says Saudi Arabia refuses to accept Tehran's conditions in a deal that guarantees preserving the dignity of Iranian pilgrims during this year’s Hajj pilgrimage.
Saudi Arabia needs to "show its serious determination" in making this year's Hajj pilgrimage possible for Iranians by the end of Sunday, Saeed Ohadi said in a TV interview on Friday night.
He added that during the latest round of talks, only six out of the 11 provisions, which were entirely against the Iranian nationals’ dignity, have been removed from the deal, but the remaining five have been left unsettled due to the Saudi officials’ obstinacy.
On Tuesday, an Iranian delegation traveled to Saudi Arabia at the official invitation of new Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah Mohammad Saleh bin Taher Benten to hold last-ditch talks with the Arab kingdom’s officials on the dispatch of Iranian pilgrims for the annual rituals in September.

Ahead of the visit, Iran sent the Saudi side a letter listing its rightful demands as well as its propositions aimed at ensuring safety for Iranian nationals.
Ohadi went on to say that the Saudi delegation has revealed that it does not have the necessary power to make the final decision on the disputed points, and it showed that other parts in the Saudi government were directly involved in dictating the terms of this year’s Hajj agreement.
He added that a lack of coordination between the Saudi ministries of foreign affairs and Hajj is the main reason behind the prolonged talks, warning that if Riyadh does not eliminate the five remaining areas of disagreement, it will be held responsible for barring the Iranian pilgrims from this year’s Hajj.
He had earlier blamed Riyadh for the five-month delay in making arrangements for this year’s pilgrimage.
On Thursday, Ohadi said that the two sides had reached an agreement to “use electronic visas which could be printed out” by Iranian pilgrims as Saudi diplomatic missions remain shut in Iran.
In April, Iran’s Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Ali Jannati said Riyadh was creating problems for the dispatch of Iranian pilgrims to Hajj rituals.

Tensions between Iran and Saudi Arabia intensified after the kingdom’s execution of prominent Shia cleric Nimr al-Nimr in January.
Saudi Arabia cut diplomatic ties and halted flights to and from Iran on January 3 following attacks on vacant Saudi diplomatic premises in Tehran and the city of Mashhad by angry people protesting Nimr’s execution.
Hundreds of people also lost their lives in a deadly incident that took place on September 24, 2015 in Mina after two large masses of pilgrims converged at a crossroads during the symbolic ceremony of the stoning of Satan in Jamarat, as part of their Hajj rituals.
The crush was the deadliest incident in the history of the pilgrimage. According to an Associated Press count based on official statements from the 36 countries that lost citizens in the disaster, more than 2,400 pilgrims were killed in the incident.
