Iran helps Venezuela in its time of need

Watch this video:

Thank you Iran for helping your Venezuelan friend in this time of indeed.

Iran is in the same boat as Venezuela in a sense. its just that Were much better at weathering americans sanctions and plots..

Iran has always been critical of Russia and China for not standing up to US bullying, and accepting coercion and tradeoffs in their dealings with Iran. it would be very hypocritical for Iran to do this itself to Venezuela. Iran should do anything in its power to help this brave nation.

Yes, the strategies are from the same playbook, however, where Iran miscalculated, and continues to miscalculate is the economic power that the U.S. has over Europe and Asia. No one wants to piss them off by being in Iran's corner....If we had a good chess player in charge, he would have seen this and perhaps would have done things to prevent Europe, China and Russia being swayed by the U.S.... or he would have pursued our goals in such a way that would have made it hard for the U.S. to focus it's power on us......Look at Pompeo that guy eats, breathes and lives to see Iran destroyed....what the F*ck did our leaders do to have this guy hate us so much? Don't answer that question....cause it doesn't matter. Whatever they did, they could have done in a quieter or more clandestine way as to not make potent enemies like the U.S.

''Gracias Iran'' popular on Twitter with Venezuelans showing their appreciation.

ina ham jav gir shodan be khoda...o_O
this is all a limited answer. how long can 5 tankers worth of petrol last? They must learn to solve the problems by themselves.

You should do a bit of researching before asking a statement :)

The ships also carry equipment to fix Venezuelan facilities. Helping them become "self sufficient".

This is just a first step.

Another important benefit of this event is that Iran’s flag power is exponentially increased. It would not be any better to have Chinese or Russian flag. Iranian flag has the highest deterrence.

It was even better than Grace/Adryane Darya example. The ship locator was always on and the path was crystal clear.

Next time if there are sanctions on China or Russia, they can use Iranian flags for protection lol

This is going to be interesting. US has vowed they will use military force to stop the tankers. Venezuela has deployed SAMs and rocket artillery. Iran also vowed to retaliate if US does anything to disrupt the tankers.

No, the US did not make any such vow. Based on US statements they aren't going to stop the tankers.

It is called deterrence. The ability to make any vow is deterred.

What if it happens? Same story of the British tanker with some extra punitive escalation.
:)

Iran has some deterrence but would not compare US to British. Purpose of US sanctions is not to militarily enforce it like Israel does with Gaza. Gaza is small and insignificant so Israel can behave that way. US cannot behave that way with countries and with coronavirus outbreak it would be inappropriate at this time to have military tensions. Actually everyone is happy with this oil shipment, it would reduce tensions in ME and in Veneuzuala. I'm sure US and Iran have already had dialogue directly and through third parties.
