He is under US sanction..so who cares ..if US wants to talk to him they know what to do....iran is fully decoupled from US...China and far east is what is on the horizon for iran..in two months the China trade deal will get activated when the new president takes office..

The Middle East saw mostly autocracy or controlled democracy. Invisible powers test democracy in Iraq, Morocco, Algeria, Syria, and EGYPT. Look at the result. People are mentally not ready to accept a free economy and free democracy. Yemen has literacy rate is higher then 70 percent and begging for a democratic election and no one listens.
