Also there is no way any internatiuonal court would judge in favour of Iran and ward her damages. The only way to complete the IP pipeline is if Iran stops asking for dollars. Yes it can be completed if Iran decided to move forward with some other means of payment mechanism. If Iran says to make payments in dollars then we cannot do it under US sanctions. Maybe it can be completed for barter trade or Yuan payments. Until then sorry Iran.

Iran gave India a good deal for oil something same should be given to us and a good payment mechanism and the project can proceed.

Iran is a rice consumer and imports a lot of rice so that can facilitate payment method plus other agriculture commodities and some other goods should be added to the list and project can work. Maybe electronics and engineered tools/parts can also be added

Exactly Iran needs to change it policy towards Pakistan on many basis for this deal to work and Iran needs to come up with a way to do it only then we can go ahead with the pipeline.
