Pakistani going to a a foreign country to fight for another foreign country doesn't give any good name to Pakistan.
A Pakistani fighting in Syria for an invading country Iran makes no sense and eventually these people cause trouble for the entire country .
Even me as British Pakistani gets asked at the immigration after coming back from say Turkey or Pakistan, if I went to Syria to fight or not. Because they know Pakistani citizens are involved in Syrian war.
So the actions of these zaynabiyoon is effecting Pakistan as a whole and not in a good way.
If Iran wanted to recruit foreign citizens to fight their war in another foreign country, why not give then Iranian citizenship and then send wherever?

The only solution I see to this problem is mass arrests and giving severe punishments to those zakirs who are singing songs for Iran. They should be treated the same way as TTP and within a year everything will fall back in place.

You can’t just ignore the importance of having laws. Under what constitutional cover will individuals who technically haven’t committed a crime in Pakistan be held and punished? The Supreme Court is hearing petitions to release individuals that were arrested due to links with terrorist groups committing terrorism in Pakistan. These individuals were released by lower courts.

What do you think will happen if these people are arrested with no laws on the books?

Wont be happening though, our government is weak. Many UK Pakistani origin Muslims who joined ISIS tried to come back once ISIS was defeated, alot of them got arrested at airports, then uk government made a law to take away their nationality, and this way many were not allowed to enter UK.
