well there is the small difference of Isis being unvelcome in the country it operate , Zeynabioun and Fatemioun are not.
Isis is a UN recognized Terrorrist group , Zeynabioun and Fatemioun are not a recognized terrorist group.

Again, you are not providing any evidence at all. Sure a few top military officials will be targetted once in a while but the majority of the airstrikes, like i said, are killing native fighters/citizens of those countries.

Ofcourse Iranians have boots on the ground in Syria, but i doubt the supervising commanders and officers sipping on their cup of tea in a safe military headquarters were the target. High likely that the job of transportation logistics and setting up were done by the people in the lower chain of command (comprises of mostly native or Afghans or Pakistanis).

The issue is that in the modern day and age, just taking out a few leaders for making incendiary speeches makes no difference. What you end up doing is making them martyrs.
