one company can not achieve total monopoly over any region. you have to create a union of various firms who have similar products and profit margin. our company is part of such union.

Why would we think that other deities we don't believe in are equal? That seems pretty dumb to expect such a thing to me.

I heard this analogy given by Guru Nanak that how when people from different villages gather together they start claiming that water from their village well is the sweetest and boast that their village has the best water not realizing that same underground river is feeding all the villages. As long as you acknowledge that there is a source, which is cause of all causes and people call him by different names and praise him, then you are in good hands.
