You don't trust your minorities do you ? it clearly states when they broke down before their parents, who complained to the district administration. why would a girl break down if it was just a shawl ?

Call me paraniod , but I don't fully trust anybody(other than my parents). It was just like the case in Norway, when every Indian here was vying for Norwegian blood for taking away the children from their Indian parents, but later it was found that there is indeed problems b/n Husband & Wife.

As far in this case if indeed they were stripped in the correct sense, it would have the local news the very next hour.

Just sacked ? it is equilent to rape/molestation that to infront of 40 other students.... they must be punished according to the rape/molestation laws.

Being a woman myself i feel disgusted... i would sue them with rape and attempt to rape charges...

LOL, the invigilators were women in this case......and a woman cannot be charged with rape/molestation in India......the Indian law does't permit.......

Arre Auntiji OF COURSE, YES, SURE, AGREED COMPLETELY AND SO DOES INDIAN STATE, that is why they have been suspended and a police case under prevention of attrocities act, which is quite strict (way stricter than normal penal code) has been registered.

But whats there to discuss when obviously the systems are in place to handle this small matter?

ok let me tell you weakest defence in histroy of conversation is when you say oh yeah you have this too ok we have it but you have the same problem concentrate on urs and this topic is not about dalits its about two girls of 15 stripped naked in frnt of 40 male students by female invigilators..... they should be given severe punishment for this ... its just sick i hope but dont think that the GOI will do something subcontinental politicians normally dont give a crap

BUT if you think logically.....you'll find the real answer.....

Discrimination in whatever form is present more or less in every country.....BUT the country which tries to check such discrimination by implementing laws and punishing the perpetrators is in a far better position than the country which officially supports such discrimination......

According to its study, Crime in India 2002, nearly 220,000 cases took more than 3 years to reach court, and about 25,600 exhausted 10 years before they were completed. The term of the Liberhan Commission, formed 14 years ago to probe the demolition of the Babri mosque in Ayodhya and originally given a mandate of three months, has been extended again!
