Introduction of Stealth in Bangladesh and its future..

Both of them, either it Bangabandhu and F-22P Zulfiqar class is match each other in any field, but i will take the Otomat MkII block IV AShM more seriously when compared to C-802 variants and F-22P doesn't have any VL cells . And not any ships in US Coast Guard Department have Vertical launching system as they were only equipped with Otobreda 76 mm and Phalanx CIWS, that's including USCGC Rush (WHEC-723) in which have been offered to Bangladesh, and surely they will stripped the Phalanx from the ship before the transfer arrangement is done. Pakistani OH Perry Class aka PNS Alamgir till today still stripped from their main armament excepts for the Otobreda 76 mm, they doesn't have their mk.13 launcher system anymore as the US has deemed them old fashioned.

SInce 2003 NONE OF THE USN Perry has had a functional Mk13. McInerney was delivered 'as is': there was not any stripping.
Even without Mk13, it retains 76mm gun, Phalanx CIWS, 2x3 tubes for lightweight ASW torps, helicopters, several HMG, chaff/flare launchers and a full set of sensors. The Mk13 wasn't deemed old fashioned, the SM-1 Standard missile was (not economical to keep supporting it in the USN, which uses mostly SM2). Unlike Australia and Turkey, which upgraded their Perry's for SM-2 Standard, the USN didn't see this as cost-effective (it's Always about cost in the USN). It wouldn't be hard or costly at all to refit with Harpoon racks and e.g. a RAM launcher.

No USCG ship past or present has a SAM system.

Bangabundhu does not have any VLS either, just like F22P it uses HQ7/FM8. The difference between C-802A and Otomat is not huge.
