How are the People attacking security forces & killing innocent civilians can be termed as FREEDOM FIGHTERS of Kashmir and the one doing the same JOB in Baluchistan be termed as TERRORISTS??

I don't understand the Difference b/w these two sets of people. As far as I can see, they are doing the same job in different regions, so why different DESIGNATIONS for the two sets of people??

Plebiscite....pending UN Resolutions...deployment of some half million security forces.....tens of thousands killed....unmarked graves....is there even a remotely parallel between the two.....at worst the situation in Baluchistan cannot be even compared with the Indian Red Corridor....ground reality is that at one time, all the development funds etc were given to tribal chieftains for them to develop and raise the standard of livings in their areas...but these culprits ended up raising private armies to keep their own tribes under control and suppressed...and built forts for their own safety and luxury.....to cut a long story short, authorities have now taken the task at their own hand and through the army the development is taking place and the Chieftains with no longer their hand in the cookie jar are in desperation resorting to other methods.....in short their time and rule is truly over but it's something they are not willing to accept... too bad for them.

But I heard its not India but Pakistan who is using Airforce to kill their own Pashtun or Baloch people by bombing their whole villages.
