How?... You do know that that is not how Islamic jurisprudence works? You can have consensus on issues but not on individual criminal cases.

The laws of evidence are required.

I would understand your sentiment had the woman said the blasphemous statements on the t.v or in front of camera and there was clear evidence about it. So there was certainty about her guilt.

However she didn't. She has repeatedly denied saying any of that.

So I don't see how ulema of various sects can have a consensus about her guilt when the matter is a he said she said one.

The Supreme Court hasn't said that the woman is guilty but we are forgiving her, no, they have said that the woman ISN'T found GUILTY of the crime she was being accused of.

So unless you have personally witnessed the crime, or seen a clear recording of it being committed, what reason do you have to believe that the women who accused her after a fight weren't lying just to spite her?

This is not insanity. This is the result of all past governments doing nothing against verbal terrorism. There should be serious consequences for what one says in public specially for inciting people to disrupt peace, to incite people to kill someone especially judges of supreme court (and then people complain why don't our courts convict criminals/) people or to incite, to incite member of armed forces to rebel against their leadership.

Such people, regardless of who they are MUST be killed like rabid dogs overtly or covertly. We have already seen too many of such snakes destroy this country in the past. There is no place for such people in this society anymore.

I just saw this and I am really speechless. This is unbelievable - these guys are openly telling their supporters to murder the Supreme Court Judges - and regretting why no one did them in why they hanged Qadri.

Than after threatening the Judiciary, he goes on to ask the 'Muslims' in the army to rebel against the Army Chief Gen. Bajwa. That any 'Muslim' general should overthrow Gen. Bajwa.

Then obviously he goes on to attack Imran Khan and his government for being a 'Yahoodi Bacha'....

I hope someone realises how damn serious this whole this is and takes notice.
