We should act according to circumstances today circumstances are different and our faith is not so strong like shabah and we also not implement Islam in many other cases but these are only considered when someone commit blasphemy so better implement them across the board otherwise partial implementation will not solve problem

There is a hadees which tells us that if a Muslim calls another Muslim a Kafir, and that other Muslim is not a Kafir, then the accuser is a Kafir..

I personally wouldn't dare apply the measure. Allah knows best who is or isn't a kafir. The ones who are throwing it about without much thought should be careful as well, I suppose.

For me, I can't say which one is the kafir, the accused or the accuser, but it is likely that one of them is.

I am not saying that.. I am only applying the rule.. if one Muslim calls other Muslim a Kafir, and he is not, then accuser is a Kafir..

We shouldn't shy away of applying this rule on anyone currently. .

..So do you believe in part of the Scripture and disbelieve in part? Then what is the recompense for those who do that among you except disgrace in worldly life; and on the Day of Resurrection they will be sent back to the severest of punishment. And Allah is not unaware of what you do. (Quran 2:85)
