Well the tank crew helmets are a welcome change, provided they have started to give these new helmets to to the crews.

Well PA Armor formations use the head gear which you see Russians / Chinese armor formations using.

Like this below, technically they are not helmets of the sort we see Americans or other armies using:

Ah i see what you mean. Those caps with the communication headsets. Helmets and goggles would be the next step for the crews.

Many countries still use that style though i think it might have to do with operations or just regular parade stuff.

Here is a Turkish M60T during a parade

And then one during a exercise.

I have also seen instances where they had them in Parades and sometimes don't.
