US with its sheer amount of investments could have constructively added to the knowledge base in this sector. Instead they choose to pay heed to oil lobby and see where they are now. ?

Their car manufacturers didnt want to invest in greener tech because it will ruin their competitive edge ? BS.
Manufacturers like TOYOTA ( Japanese company with huge investments in green tech ) now rule American roads.

So all it would take for US is sincerity. They don't lack talent in any way.

I know man....you are right....too bad Im just an Indian stuck in a land that only cares for whites and blacks...at least I feel that way

What happened in Japan was failure of the circulating pumps. Our scientists are extraordinarily cautious about safety and add many passive safety mechanisms in indias AHWR reactor design that will start work by 2011 end.

Well surely sir as a human I definitely wouldn't want any type of carelessness from your or mine authorities. They must take good precautions in dealing with atomic stuff & I do pray our nations be never irradiated either from a bomb or a nuclear reactor...
