Source and proof? Anything else of Butthurted allegations? We will hold the shared IPR of the joint product just like BrahMos.

By that logic JF-17 is 100% chinese tech assembled in Pak (which is kinda true) but you disagree it calling it 58% indigenous, what is indiegnous in it you don’t know but still mock us.

Get a life, such JVs are done with shared work and tech not one sided work.

If its done with some Indian private player than its just screw drive giri. Jv done to just get made in India contract.
But if its drdo/ govt agency, than like brahmo we will also do a lot of work.

It is a JV between two companies, and there is no such RFI for which they will need made in India contract, they will compete with HAL and IAF may get more equipment, Eklavya Wingman according to the JV is an “Air superiority wingman” so maybe it will be acquired in big numbers as our CATS Warrior is a multirole wingman but mainly ground attacks.

Mahindra does do R&D on military vehicles, M4 is Kalyani’s JV with Denel.
